Speedy Vanilla Bean Shake
1 serving of Vanilla Bean Whey
1 cup of unsweetened almond or cashew milk
1 handful of ice
Blend well and devour

Classic Vanilla Bean Shake
(without store bought nut milk)
1 serving of Vanilla Bean Whey
1 cup of water
1 tsp of MCT oil
Optional – 2 doonks of sunflower lecithin
(for added creaminess)
1 handful of ice
